Charlottie's Web of Terror

attack! attack!

This little guy has been living on the air conditioner outsite my office window for the past couple of days and initially scared the beejezus out of me the first time I saw him (I thought he was inside).

Only today, he's gone. His little web is starting to flap about and lose its strength. So sad.

And just when I was getting comfortable with an unidentified, potentially poisonous spider living within such close proximity. (And also dwelling right above my front door, which led to some shudder-to-think scenarios of him dropping on my head or attacking one of the babies.)

So while it's a bummer that little Charlottie has abandoned his web, I keep wondering where he went. Because my arachnid instinct says "inside".

If I die of a spider bite, you know who to blame.
