library mom: systematically cataloging all aspects of raising two babies at the same time

------------------------------------

hello again

I really feel like I need to write like 7 or 8 entries to catch up on this thing. Apologies for absence, I ended up traveling every day last week and have beentrying to recuperate from it. (A quick recap: Charlotte NC on Monday, Atlanta on Tues, upstate NY, DC, suburban Philly followed.). The nice thing about my self-imposed schedule is that I was only away one night so I'm not complaining!

The ladies are both babbling "dadadada" and "babababa" now which sends my heart into cute overload. Lily will also mimick you if you smack your lips at her, then smile all drooly-faced. The amount of time I have spent doing this with her... I can't think of anything better.

Housekeeping for myself -- entries to follow: some weird memories I have from materno-leave, how I am now obsessed with other prego ladies, our family+friends outing to see King Tut, and 8 ways my nanny annoys me.
